General information
Deal overview
Enter one of the most hidden palaces in Madrid. With our guided tour you will be able to discover the secrets, curiosities and most hidden spaces of theLiria Palace.
Its construction began in 1767 and finished in 1785, just a few years after the construction of the Royal Palace of Madrid. In addition, our guides will explain to you why the floor plan of the palace is completely different from the rest of the palaces of the time. In it you will find more than 110 rooms.
Among all the rooms in the palace, the library stands out since it contains the only collection of Columbus's autograph letters. But not only that, but the rest of the rooms contain multiple strong>portraits and paintings made by the best artists of the time such as Giovanni Pannini, Carlo Maratta or the famous Goya.
Among these portraits and paintings, the Portrait of the Grand Duke of Alba and the portrait of Duchess Cayetana in a white dress stand out.
For approximately 1 hour you will have the opportunity to learn the secrets, legends and curiosities of this great palace in the heart of the capital of Spain. We assure you that you will want to repeat this wonderful experience.
