Deal overview
Discover the Madrid of the 20s, through a unique architect, Antonio Palacios. We owe him a lot of buildings such as the current Madrid City Hall, the Cervantes Institute, the Círculo de Bellas Artes... as well as some of the first shopping centers and luxury hotels, which were born, taking advantage of those happy years.
And, of course, we will not forget the metro, we will know its origin and evolution, by the way, can you imagine Madrid without the metro?
With this route, we will try to enter most of them. We will see how its architecture adapts to those crazy years and how new building models are born to cover needs that are a direct consequence of a socio-economic boom from which a new city will emerge, characterized by its cosmopolitanism. and originality.
We will focus on Alcalá Street and Madrid's Gran Vía, you will be surprised to see how those buildings have been able to adapt to new times and new demands, still being some of the most alive in the entire city.
A route for all ages to learn a little more about this wonderful city.
And now, if you are a group of 4 or more, you can have this tour for the same price. Consult us when you make a reservation by phone.

Excellent visit and very interesting. Very well organized and well explained. The guide made the visit very enjoyable and had a great time. I encourage all of you to do it because many of those who live in Madrid do not know their history or the history of our buildings.
