Tour of the center and museums of Durango for 4 hours

Tour and learn from certified guides all the culture that surrounds the City of Durango. We invite you to participate in our tours to walk through the Historic Center and get to know 3 of the most important museums . This experience will take us approximately 4 hours, where you will learn a lot of history of northern Mexico.

We will meet in Plaza de Armas, in the heart of the center in the morning to start the tour. We will begin to walk through the streets locating the most important buildings in the town, admiring its architecture and listening to interesting facts. We will arrive at the cathedral which will have our full attention from the moment we look up at its baroque style.

The City Museum located in the Escárzaga Palace, a 19th century building, will be another of the points that we will visit with the guide, in addition to the Casa Conde de Súchil which currently serves as the Palace of Culture. Of course, you will not miss a visit to the Ricardo Castro Theater, which was built in 1900 and has French-style balconies, along with a large image of Mozart.

We will take you to see the Mining Tunnel, which is a museum where there will be no shortage of legends. We will end the tour by visiting the Gómez Palacio Market, an ideal place to purchase handicrafts and typical sweets.
