Do you like adventure and mountaineering? We take you to tour one of the most beautiful places in our Mexico, the Iztaccíhuatl volcano. On a two-day tour you will be able to admire this magnificent volcano located on the borders of the State of Mexico and the city of Puebla.
Our goal is to admire the Iztaccíhuatl mountain, which is the third highest in Mexico and we usually know it for its silhouette in the shape of a sleeping woman, being one of the snowiest peaks in our country. Its height is 5,241 which allows you to have unparalleled views of valleys, forests and cities, it is a unique experience that you will never forget.
This hike on the slopes of Iztaccihuatl requires at least two days, and that is why we have put together our itinerary as follows. We will leave the city of Cholula on Friday at noon to go to La Joya, there we will prepare with our equipment to go to the camping area which is in the nearby foothills. at the pace of Cortez, along the way and upon arrival you will be able to observe impressive landscapes, waterfalls and contemplate Popocatépetl, the city of Puebla and the Pico de Orizaba.
We will spend the night in the camp so that at 5 am on Saturday, we will begin the adventure again until we reach the strategic point and admire the climax of this experience at dawn, and then make a descent , have breakfast and head back to Puebla.
To join this adventure we recommend that you have some experience and be in good physical condition. Come experience the magic of hiking in the fascinating Iztaccíhuatl volcano.
