Are you new to climbing? Then we have the perfect lesson for you!

Climbing is a very challenging sport that forces you to use your ability to think as well as your arms and legs, but it's also an incredibly satisfying activity to participate in. Aside from the health benefits, you'll get a real high - literally! - when you reach the top of the climbing wall, and the cheers of you friends and fans just makes it that extra bit more special.

During this initiation session you'll be trained by a qualified climbing instructor who will provide all the necessary instructions and tips for you to become a pro climber.

The goals of this climbing session are to introduce you to indoor bouldering and give you the confidence to tackle the varied climbing routes that are found throughout the centre. Some of them will be way beyond your level when you start out, but that just means there's more to enjoy when you're an expert!

After your session you're welcome to stay in the centre, which has a variety of facilities, such as a workplace, coffee shop and even a gym for you to workout.
