This climbing course is a 4-week beginner course with 4 fully instructed 2-hour classes, which will teach you all you need to know to become a proficient climber. The price includes all the necessary equipment.
Each session will help you acquire new skills. This is what you will be doing during your 4-week course:
During the 1st week, you will go over the basics, like how to put your harness on, attach yourself to the rope using a specific knot, and basic belay skills.
The 2nd and 3rd weeks will teach you the fundamental skills to become proficient and learn how to look after yourself and keep others safe while climbing.
And finally, during your 4th week, you will be able to consolidate your skills and polish all you have learned during the previous sessions.
During the whole process, your instructor will help you with your climbing technique, and you will be able to ask all the questions you may have.
If you’re considering getting your equipment, ask your instructor first, as they can recommend what suits you best.
