We think climbing is only suitable for fit people, but it's an activity for people of all ages and abilities. Don't be afraid to give it a go, and be part of our Rock Climbing Taster Days. It will be a pure fun day!

Our taster experiences are the perfect plan to give climbing a try. You can also join in to sharpen your skills. We run our sessions at Porthcawl, where one of our certified instructors will help you catch the best climbing skills, including tying one, choosing a suitable climb, using a belay plate, selecting equipment, belay techniques, communication with your partner and more.

We hold a ratio of 1:3, meaning you'll have a personal approach. You can bring your friends or family members as our taster sessions are suitable for all abilities. We supply all the tuition and equipment.

Our taster sessions are usually one day long, but we can extend it to two days upon request. It will be a fun and unique way to explore Wales from a unique perspective. It's also a rewarding activity!

Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.

Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
