We organize caving expeditions through caves with great visual charm and recreational interest throughout the province of La Rioja, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs due to proximity or level. Although we usually carry out the activity in the Lobrega and Peña Miel cave in the town of Torrecilla, 30 minutes from our facilities.
Also, don't worry if you don't have much previous experience in the activity, our specialized monitors will be accompanying you at all times to give you the necessary basic notions of the activity as well as the technical material and safety equipment necessary for the activity: overalls, gloves, helmet and electric or carbide lighting.
It is advisable that you go with footwear with strong soles (mountain boots or similar).
