Join us in the commune of la Palud-sur-Verdon to discover the beautiful Baou Canyon, one of the canyons making up the Grand Canyon of Verdon. When you arrive, you will be received by our instructor who will immediately put you at ease and give you an explanatory briefing. During the latter, you will receive all the important information about the route and the canyon, as well as all the safety measures that you will have to follow and respect.
After the instructor has answered all your questions, he will give you your equipment, including a neoprene suit and a helmet which you will put on, then set off to discover this exceptional water leisure activity.
