The meeting will be 30 minutes before departure, in our headquarters, where one of our expert mountain guides will introduce you to this fantastic discipline, instructing you on the basic safety rules to live this experience without any fear. Our instructor will remain with you throughout the duration of the excursion, remaining ready to help and assist you at any time.
This activity in Val di Sole is ideal for those who have never experienced canyoning, thus experiencing a real baptism in canyoning. You will learn to descend through dug gorges, move in water and climb small mountain sections, challenging yourself!
We advise our intrepid guests to wear, in addition to a swimsuit, comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement, trekking shoes and a spare change.
