This descent is accessible to everyone aged 12 and over, the obstacles are not difficult to overcome! It's a playful and fun course that everyone will enjoy and will give you a pleasant time.

Sequence of the activity:

We warmly welcome you to our site in Bourg Saint Maurice, then we will leave for a 20 minute walk towards the start of the route.

An instructor will be present to supervise you and accompany you throughout the descent of the canyon. He will provide you with the equipment and the canyoning equipment such as the helmet, the neoprene suit, the neoprene slippers, the ropes , the harness...
Finally, before starting the descent, he will give you a briefing to explain the route and the safety rules.
Let's go for the canyoning descent of the Écot canyon! The jumps, slides and rappelling will leave you with unforgettable memories of superb moments in the heart of nature !

Once the route is finished, you will leave with stars in your eyes from this unique moment in this beautiful Savoyard canyon...
