Schedule of the activity:
- We warmly welcome you to our meeting point which is located in Saint-Gervais in Isère.
- The instructor will introduce himself to you and you will get to know each other, then he will give you a briefing on the course, the practice and the >safety rulesto be respected.
- Then, you will have the necessary equipmentand material made available. Once equipped, it's the big start!
- For three hours, you will cross the lower part of the Ecouges canyon, a real reconnection with nature and full of adrenaline and strong emotions.
- You will take a break to eat: eat, drink, swim...
- Finally, it will be time to go home, with memories full of memories of this half-day of canyoning!
As for the canyoning outfit, we provide you with the neoprene suit, the helmet, the complete harness, ropes, etc. The equipment we present to you is checked before each use for your comfort and your safety.

Good to know:
- You will have to go by car to the starting point of the canyon.
- jumps are not obligatory! If you don't feel able to jump, we can get around the obstacles or thedescend by rope.
- The level of this canyon is intermediate, but you still need to be sporty and ideally familiar with the activities to be done.rope.
