Program of your activity:
This activity includes on the menu: a one-minute approach walk, the overall activity time is 3 hours. We are waiting for you at the starting point below the Brunan millatSaint-Guilhem-le-Désert. This is where you will have your briefing on the progress of the activity and the safety rules. Our team of qualified supervisors will provide you with the equipment provided for the activity: wetsuit, life jacket, helmet, etc. However, don't forget to bring your gloves, water, sneakers and especially snacks.
