The descent takes place over 1 hour and a quarter in addition to a 20 minute approach walk, which requires good physical condition and good command of the swimming is required.

- Once you arrive at the meeting place which is our base at LaThuile: 925 route de Chaparon 74210, you will be welcomed followed by a equipment. Put yourswimsuitunder the wetsuitprovided for added convenience. Then you will follow the instructor's vehicle by car to the starting point of the activity. The location of the end of the route is planned in Vésonne, so it is easier for you to reach the parked car.
- After a short safety briefing, launch yourself into the canyon waters without thinking twice and enjoy an unparalleled moment of freshness and adrenaline!
