It is mainly known for the clarity of its waters and the ease of its course, making it one of the most accessible torrents to all in Haute-Savoie.

The descent itself takes place in 40 minutes and an approach walk is planned. Please note that it is necessary to be in fairly good physical condition and to know how to swim. Program of the activity:

It is within our base at LaThuile (925 route de Chaparon - CP: 74210) that our team will be waiting for you to provide you with all the equipment necessary to carry out the descent intocanyoning. A little expert advice: wear the swimsuit under the wetsuit for more practicality.

You will then have to go to the starting point of the activity, following the instructor's vehicle, where you will park your cars together. After this comes a briefing explaining the route to follow as well as the safety measures that you must respect before diving into the clear, turquoise waters of the Montmin Canyon. Once this is done, all you have to do is enjoy the crazy moments and laughter with your family for 40 minutes.

Without suitable physical condition and due to rougher practice conditions from May to June and from October to December, in particular due to the water temperature , it is recommended to carry out this activity during the periodsummer.
