We offer you an introductory activity at the Canyon de Montmin, which is located at the foot of Lake Annecy, on the road to the Forclaz< pass /strong>, 30 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Chambéry.
Come and discover the beauty of this canyoning descent with discovery of magnificent natural spaces. Come and spend some time alone or accompanied, in a very aquatic canyon with around ten jumps up to 7 meters high and slides: plenty to entertain you while you cool off!
All people over the age of 10 and able to swim are welcome for this activity. Before going canyoning, a state-certified instructor will review the safety instructions with you and provide you with the necessary equipment. You will receive a waterproof bag to keep your personal belongings safe throughout the descent, but don't forget to bring a swimsuit and a snack!
You will be ready to go canyoning with the instructor after a briefing on the adventure and the fundamental principles of canyoning... As you progress through the narrow gorges, gain confidence and have fun jumping and abseiling.
Don't forget to bring water, a snack, sturdy shoes, a towel and a change of comfortable clothes.
Departing from Bourg-Saint-Maurice, Saint Foy, Tignes, and Val d'Isère, we offer transport.
