- Your canyoning excursion lasts 2 hours and 30 minutes, which is divided into 2 hours of descent and approximately 30 minutes of approach and return walking.

This activity is suitable for all levels, it allows you to discover new sensations because it includes numerous rappelling descents. For your events with family or between friends, it's ideal! However, for safety reasons children under 10 years old cannot take part in this activity.
To begin with, don't worry, a qualified instructor will give you a briefing on the best practices to adopt during your canyoning activity. Then he will equip you with a suit, a helmet and a harness and you are ready to go!
After an approach walk of about 25 minutes, you reach the top of the canyon, from this moment, enjoy the descent to have fun. Jump, go through slides, descend by abseiling into the void or under waterfalls, during the two hours of descent >, enjoy the beauty of the surrounding landscapes while having fun. Throughout your activity, your qualified instructor gives you relevant advice to successfully complete the different elements.
To prepare yourself as best as possible, only bring your swimsuit, your towel and a pair of tennis shoes (they will be wet), also remember to a good dose of motivation and good humor!
