Located not too far from our centre in Keswick, where we provide a range of exciting sessions in multiple activities, this three-hour session is no exception and is suitable for all the family aged ten and over regardless of previous experience, so we will tailor the experience to your abilities, so the ultimate adventure is guaranteed.

We will meet at Coniston car park, close to our destination, Church Beck, which is fast becoming one of the Lake district's most popular and exciting ghylls, the perfect venue for any family or corporate events, even a fun stag and hen party.

You will experience a range of feelings on this whirlwind adventure, beginning with a relaxing journey up the stream where you can absorb the beautiful Cumbrian natural sights before we take on rocks and waterfalls as well as slide into the depths of the exhilarating plunge pools and get the adrenaline pumping with some waterfall jumps.

So there is something for the thrillseekers and adventurers as we head further up the gorge to bigger jumps, faster slides and pools with much faster-flowing water coming at you.

Throughout the journey, you will greatly appreciate the expertise and experience of our qualified instructors, who will guide you and provide special tips to equip you with new skills and knowledge to help you.

Your instructor will also brief you and provide all the necessary safety equipment before the session to ensure safety is maintained; you can only have a fun adventure when first being safe and secure.
