If you like water and extreme sports, you will love canyoning. And even more so if we do it in a river like the Ave that is full of different possibilities for fun.

We will begin the canyoning very close to the source of the Ave River, specifically at the Candosa waterfall. This way you will start the adventure in style! It is one of the most beautiful rivers in Portugal with its crystal clear waters and all the vegetation around.

This canyoning activity lasts 2 and a half hours and you will experience rappelling, jumping into the water and we will even see impressive caves and natural passages. This is an activity that includes up to 5 rappelling descents and one of them 9 meters high.

If you are one of the bravest, you will have to dare to jump into the water about 7 meters high. Do you dare? A challenge that you will surely enjoy to the fullest and want to repeat it many more times.
