You will be supervised by an experienced instructor, with several years of experience and an expert knowledge of the landscapes bordering La Ciotat.
Just a few kilometers from Marseille, you are about to live one of the most emotional experiences. You will be able to choose between different routes, depending on your level and your eagerness to venture out. However, it must be taken into account that good physical condition is required to be able to take up this sport. The instructor, present during all stages of the activity, will be delighted to share with you the specifics of the activity and the techniques to use.
How does the activity take place?
- You will first be welcomed at the agreed starting point. As a group, you will receive a very detailed briefing concerning the entire course of the activity as well as all the precautions that you must keep in mind. Our goal is to entertain you safely.
- Briefing done, your instructor will provide you with all the essential equipment for the canyon descent, namely a helmet, a bagand a waterproof container. Since the canyon is generally dry (except the rainy season), you will not necessarily need a wetsuit to carry out the activity.
- Equipment put on, all you have to do is set off around 3 o'clock by doing rappels, via-corda, tyroleansand many more. others through courses well suited to your needs.
- After a half-day full of thrills spiced up by the picturesque landscapes observed, it is time to return to the place of departure, put back the equipment and leave with the stars in your eyes!
