We will start by walking the way that connects Ponta Delgada a Ponta Redhead and then cross some of the waterfalls of this wonderful enclave until the point where we will start down through the ravines of Santa Cruz das Flores .
We will finish the ride next to the ruins of an old water mill where a well-deserved shower bathing in the natural pools of this incredible reserve of the biosphere.
The descent can be done with rappelling from different lengths, we have 8. And if you like extreme emotions this activity is for you because we have a 45 meter rappel!
The Difficulty of this activity is mainly in the pedestrian route we do before reaching the zones where we can do canyoning. Once in the ravines you decide The difficulty choosing the extension of the rappel that gives you more security.
