The canyoning activity is open between the months of April to October, i.e. during periods of fairly high temperature since the activity takes place between rocky and aquatic environments.
Procedure:
On arrival you are greeted by an instructor who will give you departure instructions, you will equip yourself occasionally to go on an adventure, with a protective helmet, 'a full suit 5 mm thick. You will wear 3 mm neoprene socks on your feet and bring with you strong and comfortable sports shoes.
You will then go climbingwonderful sites between jumps, clear and deep pools, slide descents and swimming. Also remember to come with your swimsuit, but above all knowing how to swim and being autonomous in the water.
For your comfort during the activity, bring a bottle of water and appetite suppressant to consume during the activity if necessary.
