The Eaux-Froides Canyon welcomes you whatever your level, and from 7 years old, to discover the joys of canyoning! This activity is suitable for beginners, the only requirement being that participants know how to swim with ease! It is perfect for a half day with family or between friends.
Before starting your experience, you will meet your qualified instructor and attend a safety briefing. Afterwards, put on a neoprene suit, socks and canyoning shoes as well as a helmet and you are ready!
