Deal overview
We take you to discover the Riolan Canyon, 2 km long! Of average difficulty, this canyon is located a few minutes from the Verdon and is one of the most beautiful canyons in the Alpes-Maritimes. It is located 50 km from Castellane and Nice and will offer you a breathtaking setting, between turquoise water and impressive walls of the Verdon.
For this activity, we will meet you directly at the Riolan canyon, in Aiglun, in the parking lot. Here you will be welcomed by your instructor and will make initial contact with the other participants. After a short briefing and handing over the equipment, you will hit the road for a 15-minute approach walk. You will quickly arrive at the edge of the canyon where the adventure will begin!
To start, you will benefit from an optional rappelling initiation and jump 3 or 7 m depending on your courage! You will then swim in the pools of turquoise water and do a series of slides and jumps! You will make a stop at a mountain spring and then set off for two hours of intense activity!
Slides, abseils, jumps will follow for your greatest pleasure in the middle of a cliff more than 100 m high! You will take a short meal break in a breathtaking setting and set off on an adventure for two hours where you will have fun, get your fill of escape and sensations!
Once the activity comes to an end, you will walk for only a minute before arriving at the Roman Bridge where the departure took place.
Good to know:
- We welcome you from June to September.
- Please come with a sandwich and your sports shoes and swimsuit.
- To complete this descent, it is necessary to be in good health, to be able to jump a height of 2 m and to know how to swim.
