This canyoning activity will take place in one of the Abruzzo rivers most suitable for this experience, the Aventine River! This river, located in the Majella National Park, is in fact perfect for starting to learn about the world of canyoningbecausethe obstacles you will encounter along the way they are of different difficulties but all doable and suitable for those over the age of 12.
The activity will last approximately 3 hours, we will meet with the guides in the center of Palena and then go together towards the starting point of the canyon. Before starting there will be an introductory briefing and our staff will provide you with all the equipment necessary for the descent.
Once this first step has been completed, we finally get to the heart of the activity! We will begin to descend the Aventine and the itinerary we will follow is truly one of a kind! In addition to encountering waterfalls, deep gorges, slides and dives, we will also pass through the historic center of the village where we will be able to admire breathtaking views and truly unforgettable natural glimpses!
