Canoeing for 4 hours around The Great Glen, in Scotland, is now possible. We have a great activity session that will take you on board in a canoe trip where people from 8 years old can enjoy a nice journey or in Loch Oich, the lake that reaches Loch Ness and our beloved Loch Ness Monster's home, or in the Caledonian Canal, a construction from the XIX century, depending on your choice.

Whatever the location that you choose and depending on the weather conditions of the day, you will have fun canoeing in one of the most calming waters of the country. As you know, we have the best geographical features in the Great Glen area for practising almost every watersport activity you can think of. So, why is canoeing the perfect option? First, because it's not just paddling around on a canoe, but getting the best teacher's tuition ever. Fraser Gun, for example, will be very pleased to welcome you on this adventure and will definitely tell you all the tales of the village!

Don't worry about equipment or previous experience. The first thing is included and the second is what you're going to get from minute one on your half-day canoeing tour.

If we're allowed to give you a piece of advice, you could bring some refreshments, including hot drinks, to avoid losing your energy! Oh, and before booking your activity, remember that we're open from 9 am to 9 pm, so you can organize your session without a problem!

You will paddle up and down this amazing landscape accompanied by instructors like our director Andy Burton, who has improved his professional skills in France or Austria since he was a little boy and has been recognised 3 times now as one of the best watersports coaches in our country.

During these 6 hours of activity, you can have a relaxing tour and you won't need any kind of experience to enrol yourself. Actually, our team is integrated by people who have Royal Yachting Association certificates, which guarantees their professional background, their deep knowledge of canoeing and their strong commitment to keeping an eye on people under their watch as well as to their safety.

To start your journey, you will get a full briefing on important matters, like safety rules, how to use the tools or how to wear helmets or life jackets properly. We will also give you all the equipment, as you can have probably figured it out, that you´ll need, we'll prepare the boat together before getting into the water and then, we'll go! We highly recommend you to bring some refreshments and a lot of water and drinks to stay active and hydrated throughout the hours.
