The 4-hour class is divided into 2 days. In the winter months, and to facilitate the development of the activity comfortably, it is carried out on two different days in the morning, while in the summer the possibility of carrying out 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon is open. You decide how you want to do it!
The first session of 2 hours consists of an explanation of what surfskiing is and the presentation of the material you will handle (about 20 minutes), then you can practice in the water to finish with a final feedback of about 15 minutes.
Thesecond session is focused on what you want to improve, what things you need, how you have felt, and so we can advise you to meet your sporting goals.
When you get out of the water, have no doubt that you will be an expert in this modality!
