The Azores are a true natural paradise located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Without a doubt, an adventure awaits you that will excite you. You can enjoy a fun canoe route through the large lagoon of the sleeping volcano of Furnas. You will have about two and a half hours to visit the valley canyon, a hermitage, see the fumaroles...

Of course, don't forget to come with a swimsuit and bring sunscreen, appropriate footwear for getting wet, water and something to eat. It would be a good idea to bring some type of zip-lock bag or backpack to store phones and other valuables that cannot get wet.

The meeting point will be confirmed along with the time you choose at the time of booking. From there you will all go together to Furnas, to the east of the island. On the way we will pass through Vila Franca do Campo, the municipality with the most history in São Miguel.

During this canoe route you will paddle through the waters that cover the old Furnas volcano, currently inactive but which still makes its presence known through the fumaroles. At the end of the activity you will be able to see these spectacular columns of steam and gases that emanate from the depths of the earth.
