This high-intensity activity is suitable for people over 14 years old. If you are under 16, you will need parental consent and supervision. The experience is very safe and includes a briefing, instruction and high-quality, well maintained equipment.
All you need to bring is comfortable clothing, avoiding skirts, dresses, hats, boots or anything else that might fall off. We welcome spectators, so feel free to invite all your friends!
