Subsequently, once you put on your helmet and get on the saddle, you will start from the Borgo di Bruca, which is located next to the splendid Archaeological Park of Segesta .
The first stop will be in the middle of the Trapani vineyards: you will be told the history of these places, which has its roots in the Arab and Greek ages.
You will be lucky enough to taste seasonal fruit, picked directly from the trees: depending on the period, you will be able to taste melons, mulberries, ciliegi, prickly pears, almonds and figs.
