This boat ride on the Arade River will begin at the São Francisco marina, in Portimão. Our team of skippers and tour guides will be waiting for you and your companions to give you a brief talk about the safety regulations and the development of the tour. Once we get on the boat we will go to the river and the descent will begin. We will arrive at the fishing village of Ferragudo , where you can admire the beauty of the Sao Joao do Arade Castle and leaving behind the marina of Portimão.
The Arade River is the main river of Silves and, thanks to this boat ride, you will be able to get to know the city and its medieval stories thanks to the tour guide who will be on board.
When it is time to ascend the river, we will sail past the Portimão Museum and the riverside area of the city. In this way, you will be able to discover the sardine restaurants that are so well known in this area of Portugal.
