This experience begins at the Gap-Tallard airfield, one hour before sunrise. This may seem early but this condition is essential to give yourself the maximum chance of meeting the conditions of flight ideal: no wind and clear weather.
After a short safety briefing, you will witness the inflation of the hot air balloon. If you wish, you can participate in this moment alongside your balloonist team.
Then all you have to do is enjoy about an hour's flight over the mountain but also the superb villages of the department. Among other things, you can discover the Aiguilles de Chabrières, the old Chaillol but also small villages and the city from Gap.
We strongly advise you to bring your camera photo or your phone cellphone to capture memories of these moments outside time.
To ensure the most pleasant experience possible, wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes such as tennis shoes or hiking shoes.
