We even have food and water in case you want to have something to eat or drink right after your day with us is over. However, you can bring your own from home! We always recommend checking the weather report before coming. Though we are close to the Bristol Channel and it's always nice here, there are times of the year when it is cold or warm, so you should always bring a coat and some sunscreen to protect your face while you are in the field.
How old should you be in order to participate in a session? Following British rules, you must be 7 years old or over and, in any case, you will have an instructor to solve any doubt that you may have, to get familiar with the sport itself or even to learn new techniques and improve your style!
