Each class lasts approximately 2 hours, on weekends. You can go either on Saturday or Sunday. We will include the equipment and the best environment to learn and, above all, enjoy this great discipline.
The classes are made up of a theory part, taught by the professional teacher to later perform basic exercises, as well as exercises with apparatus (leathers).
