This "military" route in our adventure park is centered around a short but high intensity form of cardiovascular training, alternating with long and short distance efforts.
An intense fitness activity that aims to strengthen some basic gymnastic skills such as strength, speed, balance and coordination.
This bootcamp is the perfect activity for anyone who wants to spend some time outdoors and try something new, while still remaining active and dynamic.
Participants will be followed by an instructor who will give basic instructions and indicate how to best carry out the exercises.
This type of experience is suitable for ages 10 and up.

The business is open in summer from 10am to 7pm, and in winter from 10am to 6.30pm.
