Taking the controls during this 30-minute session, you can choose to fly at your leisure or really go for it by playing through dogfight and bombing raid scenarios. Get ready for the most real gaming experience ever!
Our pilot-instructors will provide all the necessary details for you to feel confident in the aircraft. They will also give you a brief on the aircraft and information about how these aircraft were used in the past. There's a certficate waiting for you once the simulation finishes!

If you are, this is the perfect opportunity to get into one of the stars of the show, a Supermarine Spitfire, and fly it! The technological miracle of our flight simulator makes it all possible.
The interior of the simulator is exactly the same as a real model from WW2 and the controllers have the same functionality as one from the past. In fact, the simulator even has some parts from genuine planes. Then there’s the modern bit, including a 300º wraparound screen.
This is the price for a 60-minute session on the simulator. Once you get to our venue outside Newcastle, you will be provided with a brief on the aircraft, how it works, how to start it and the routes to fly.
The experience is led by a professional instructor. They will help you choose the simulation scenario, which can involve conducting bombing raids or engaging in aerial combat with Messerschmitts. After finishing the activity you will be given a certificate!
