Children will enjoy this special adventure like never before, visiting the craters and feeling closely the power of vulcanological phenomena in a fascinating natural environment. This jeep excursion will start in Ponta Delgada and will follow, on the roads on the south coast of the island, towards Pico da Barrosa.
Upon arriving at Lagoa do Fogo there will be a stop to enjoy the views that the lake offers from the mountain. This lagoon will surprise the little ones by finding out that it is the crater of the former flooded volcano.
The next stop will be at Old Boiler , where small sources of hot water were formed, where you feel like, we will be waiting for you so that you can get brawn in these popular volcanic boilers.
The all-terrain excursion will end with a section through the north of the island, very close to the coast, until it reaches the Ponta Delgada again. The views of the Atlantic you will have since the mountains are equally captivating. Don't miss it!
