Weltonfield Narrowboats

Welcome to Weltonfield Narrowboats Ltd

We have been building narrowboats for 29 years, and our experience ranges from hire craft to high tech. We are members of the British Marine Federation, CBA, and are CORGI registered for gas installations and repairs. We build all of our narrow boats in compliance with the relevant codes of practice, standards, and in compliance with the Recreational Craft Directive.

All our narrow boats are based on a soundly constructed steel hull, which is produced by Reeves Boatbuilders of Southam, who themselves have over 20 years experience in building narrowboats. We make sure that strengthening in the hull and cabin is extensive, resulting in a strong and straight boat.

Moorings  

We have moorings at Welton Hythe and Welton Haven. Both are set in beautiful open countryside, and are just a short distance from Norton Junction. Our facility is a modern, purpose built marina with full marina facilities. With moorings at the heart of the canal system, you have a large choice of cruising routes, whether you are looking for a weekend or longer. Our location also gives you convenient access to major motorways and rail networks. Our resident caretaker will be available in case of an emergency.
