One of the most popular routes is the Terra Alta, an experience in which you will travel along an old railway route that connects the towns of Puebla de Híjar and Tortosa. This section is currently used as an ideal path to practice sports and learn about the history of the Matarraña and Bajo Ebro regions. You will see 6 viaducts, go through 20 tunnels and cross 2 rivers, so the experience will not be without emotion. not a minute. In addition, a must-see is the Sanctuary of the Mother of God of La Fontalda.

For those who want to explore the Bajo Ebro area, we have a Greenway that connects the Pinell de Brai station with Tortosa. During the 26 kilometers of length, you will visit 3 old railway stations, you will go through 19 tunnels and you will be able to observe 6 viaducts over the Ebro River. Its difficulty is low so it is ideal for those who are just starting out or for a tour with the family, since that the entire section is paved.

If you are looking to get to know the Aragonese side, with the Vía Verde del Val de Zafán you can do it. We will start at the Valdealforza station, and we will finish the experience in Arnes – Lledó. You will visit 5 railway stations and go through 4 tunnels, enjoying the beautiful views of 2 viaducts over the Matarraña and Algars rivers. The vegetation that will accompany you is Mediterranean pine and has a medium difficulty. It is an ideal route to visit the Val de Roca.
