Aero Club Vercelli

Aero Club Vercelli is an air club born in the now distant 1928 when airlines began to emerge and spread. In Vercelli, while the Province begins the procedures to purchase the land to be used as an airfield, 15 people founded a group of Air Tourism with the name of M.O. Mazzucchelli.

The number of students who take part in the flight school increases exponentially , at the time an hour of flight cost 200 Lire, since then the Flight School of the Aeroclub Vercelli has always operated in leaves during the war . Today the Aero Club Vercelli manages the Carlo del Prete airport operating and ensuring with its own fleet a quality service also guaranteed by a fire service. We have a fleet of 6 model aircraft that we use for the courses and services we offer, and thanks to our workshop equipped with an IT system for maintenance, safety is always in first place. .
