1.- Motorboats

These are the most common motorised boats for enjoying water sports such as water skiing, wakeboarding, or banana boat rides, among others. They are also often used for short trips or guided tours through narrow areas. Although motorboats are typically small vessels, usually accommodating groups of no more than 10 people, you can also find some with capacity for up to 30 passengers.

2.- Yachts

If you want to sail for one or more full days, this will be the ideal vessel, though the cost tends to be higher as they are considered luxury boats. Yachts are perfect if your plan is to spend a few hours sailing while sunbathing, enjoying your favourite drinks, or having fun with friends at a great party. You can find yachts of all sizes, accommodating 4, 12, 20, or even up to 40 people.
These boats offer greater comforts, such as outdoor and indoor lounges, Bluetooth speakers, toilets, and even kitchens, with some featuring cabins for overnight stays.

3.- Sailing Boats

This is one of the boat types with the most subtypes, including monohulls, multihulls, regatta sailboats, and cruiser sailboats, to name a few. The most commonly used for recreation or tourism are multihulls, which are similar to catamarans. These boats sail at low speeds as they rely on wind power, though some have auxiliary engines. They typically accommodate a maximum of 10 people, making them ideal for a romantic outing.

4.- Catamarans

This type of boat features a twin-hull design, making it one of the most spacious vessels and a favourite for tourism. They can carry large numbers of passengers (from 10 up to 300) and provide a stable, comfortable ride thanks to their flat, horizontal design. They are often used for half-day or full-day trips, featuring a lively atmosphere, music, open bars, and buffets.
Catamarans are also considered one of the most sustainable boat types, as they have a low environmental impact.

5.- Fishing Boats

For fishing, you should also choose the right type of boat depending on your needs—whether you’ll be fishing at sea or in a river, the fishing technique, and, of course, the number of people on board. Options include motorboats with shade roofs, centre-console boats specifically designed for anglers to move around easily, or cabin boats that allow crew to move around the perimeter of the vessel.
