Among the most practiced sports is rock climbing, where mountains become the perfect stage for personal achievement. Climbers have reason to celebrate—the International "El Diente" Festival from September 14-16 will let participants discover the area's breathtaking landscapes.
The festival's main event will feature Mexico's largest bouldering competition to date. The artificial wall finals will challenge climbers with 4-meter-high routes of extreme technical difficulty. El Diente stands as one of Jalisco's iconic climbing sites, though countless outdoor activities can be enjoyed here.

A key goal of the festival is showcasing the region's natural beauty through diverse competitions:
- Trail running
- Night trail running
- Mountain biking
- Canyoning
- Ziplining
- Slacklining
All competitions offer prizes, with the International Bouldering Competition awarding MX$1,400 to the first-place winner. Slackline contests, kids' exhibitions, and trail running events will also feature cash and equipment prizes.
Another compelling reason to attend is the special appearance by Lisa Rands and Wills Young, two of the most prominent climbers of recent years.

The festival also includes yoga classes, gear testing, contests, kids' camps, live shows, and exhibitions—all accompanied by curated music playlists. Over 65 activities await!
